This company uses a service that automatically provides your address. Trouble is, you can correct that address when you place an order but you cannot find what platform is supplying that information to the seller so that you can fix it more permanently. I have run into this before and think I am addressing the issue approriately. However, my order was sent to an address I haven’t used in YEARS and I have no proof that I did/didn’t correct the ship-to address. It’s frustrating and irritating to lose money on a purchase because a company relies on a service to which you have no access.
