I ordered a pair of grounded boots today. after paying with a credit card, I didn't receive an email notifying me of my order or an authorization number. I emailed them with the email provided on their site and my email came back stating there was no such email.I called the customer service number which told me to leave a message and they will return my call. Hmmm.
