I ordered a pair of shoes from Grounded Footwear in early October, and the laced had not been encapsulated in the black end as one lace was. I thought, "This will be easy with an honest company, but maybe I am not dealing with an honest company. They offered to send me a new pair, and I agreed. The next email was telling me that they were taking 17% off the $79.99 shoes, and I could keep the damaged pair. That is not what was offered or what I agreed to on Order #226700.
