I purchased a queen fitted sheet. They sent a flat sheet. I’m still waiting for them to correct the error. Many emails later… paid $65 US … wrong sheet arrived Jan 18th… still waiting Feb 8th. Nothing but runaround.
Also, when I purchased online I ordered a king sheet for myself. At checkout, the system offered a second sheet at a discount. I agreed to buy a queen as well, as a gift for my son. After completing the purchase, I emailed to ask if the second sheet could be shipped to his address, not both to my address. Someone updated the order…. Only the queen sheet arrived. They have no record of my king sheet purchase. As I didn’t screen shot the original order, my current order number is ONLY for a queen. What happened? Customer service claims I only ordered the queen. Internal errors. Bumbling staff. AVOID
