Where to start. Found a great Golf I wanted to buy on Tuesday, so made an enquiry. Had a chat to the sales person who also sent me a video and explained someone else was interested in the car and coming to see it. I said ok, if they don't buy it call me, so he did next day. We chatted about the car so I got all the details and then agreed the price and a delivery cost and I said great I want to put down a deposit. I have a car to sell that I then clicked to put it in for auction. The sales person agreed to send me the paperwork and a link to a deposit, even checking with me that although I was putting my car into auction, I had the total cost to buy the car outright, but would prefer not to use my savings. Waited for the paperwork and link but nothing! Called back this morning to find out where the paperwork was, to be told the car had been sold!! WTF! Despite multiple calls to different people today, no-one is really interested as they have sold the car elsewhere. Now I have a car in auction, which will sell today and nothing to swap it for. Absolute muppets! Customer service zero I'm afraid. If I could give 0 stars I would!
