Apparently they can't access their systems due to IT issues today so can't tell me if my car is ready to collect.No updates to whether they have even inspected or carried out any of the planned maintenance.I'm guessing the servicing department haven't a clue on what cars have come in today and what they have worked on in their workshop.Ridiculous - I will be taking my car to another dealership in the future and not Group 1.Had a similar experience with my BMW and again it was a Group 1 franchised dealership. Non existent customer service.
