Shame On Audi Whetstone …these emails given was just for show. complaints emails and the S.S group1auto.co.uk … JUST for Show Probably done on purpose. Audi Whetstone Group 1 NEVER had the intention of looking into this at all. I have emails to both emails addresses and ZERO Acknowledgment, Audi Whetstone is NOT a company that care about Disabled Customers because they had plenty of time to respond, connect and resolve this however as usual refuse to take responsibility, accountability… Shame on them to keep this act.How come a Manager is allowed to say this to a disabled person on top on this in front of her colleague (Gentlemen) this is 100% /discrimination exact wording “ Have you put your car on a ramp and check all four tyres by rolling them to see any puncture? ….. She found it funny!!!No need for her to insult me … at the age of 55yrs even being disabled i think i can identify a puncture within few hours the one of the 4 tyres will be flat !!!! And most of your team and even few other senior Management team were there and did nothing … they support each others regardless how bad one treat their customers… disgraceful Then you have your people like Manny and Ganesh and his reporting Manager who agrees with Manny do not allow a Mobility Customer to part exchange my vehicle… even after countless attempts and complaint, completely ignored this and till date nothing … this was deliberately done ….Now two days gone still no puncture on any tyre however dash showing pressure issues Definitely Not Disabled Friendly and Do Not Recommend. Honestly I think Audi Whetstone specifically it management team are one worse team towards Disabled Customers. First time Audi Whetstone advisor lied that Audi Whetstone Do Not offer part exchange to Disabled customers. After raising the complaint to its senior management team two gentlemen simply brush me off as they will provide training to their colleague. That it’s nothing . Email many times their supposedly Head Office Nothing till date. Now they made me do two service appointments which they cancel on both occasion after that turned up for both appointments… blaming on system generated email, then got call that brake fluid is over due literally the next day. Again still date heard nothing, Today annual service done and turn up that the sensor shows tyres pressure issues. Took the car back straight away. Spoke to three persons and again they completely refuse to help , Not even to check … book another appointment or come back later during the week … Or take it to a kept fit or different centre and get a second opinion voice raise , treat customers like dirt , then uses reverse psychology… they can raise the voice or make comment to a disabled person… Put your car up and check all the 4 tyres for a nail then you will know if it’s a sensor or just a puncture….where would a disabled person can put the car on its omen personal ramp ??????? Users phrase like this to escalate, to get a negative reaction from the customer, make sure they show their ego she is the Manager … you cannot speak to anyone else. What will happened next Audi will pretend to connect or concern about this … But i know just as the lies from that gentleman.. Audi Whetstone GROUP 1 Auto … will never apologise or do anything about it
