She took the car in and had the health check completed within the hour, providing a detailed video confirming everything was in good condition. When I inquired about the valet, Kelly kindly ensured it was done—even though I later discovered that this particular branch does not charge for health checks.I was slightly embarrassed by the misunderstanding, but grateful that Kelly was so gracious and accommodating. Thank you, Kelly, for a great experience we will be back for a MOT and service when its due.
