Not the best experience. Brought a car from them back in September, and travelled very far for it. I asked the dealer to give me a thorough review of the car because of my long trip. Dealer says he couldn’t see anything. After arriving I noticed straight away that the inside trim was excessively damaged. The dealer said it wouldn’t cost much at a local Audi dealer to be repaired. The promised to reimburse the parts. After getting a quote at a local Audi the labour was four times the price of the parts. I went back to dealer and they would contribute a little more, but still wouldn’t even cover half the costs. My problem is the dealer pressured me into the sale and did not given me an expectation that to rectify the car would cost four times the parts cost to get it fixed. He didn’t say what the cost would be for example if I got it done at Group1. It’s just a broken gentleman agreement, and some dishonesty, and shady way of dealings with customers. Wouldn’t recommend to family or friends as it’s left a sour feeling.
