However, their reply felt dismissive, directing me to contact financial services directly for assistance. This contradicted their earlier message about supporting my journey with them. It seems their interest in helping is limited to situations that involve selling me another vehicle and securing another loan, despite my previous significant expenditure with them. It’s clear what their version of loyalty and support entails!
