I found this center listed as an approved repairer for my vehicle. Upon arrival, I was warmly welcomed by a professional team, all highly skilled at their tasks. In just 30 minutes, the repair was assessed, and I was provided with a courtesy car. One of the representatives even advocated with my insurance company on my behalf, confirming my right to choose this center, which was on their approved list. They accomplished more in that short time than the previous provider had in a week, filled with excuses and no apologies. This center clearly stood out. My initial impression was reinforced as the repair process continued. Although there was a slight delay due to the need for additional parts, it didn’t affect me, and communication was consistent through texts and occasional calls. When I picked up my car, it looked as good as new. I did notice some minor imperfections over time, but they were acceptable given the nature of repairs. I appreciate the quality of the work and the meticulous attention to detail. Minor issues I found didn’t warrant any complaints; everything functioned perfectly. This morning, I found the front bumper slightly misaligned, but it easily popped back into place. I was relieved, as I would have considered returning to this service center if it hadn’t. Overall, my experience here was excellent, prompting me to finally share this review. Thank you to the entire team for their outstanding service.
