I am extremely dissatisfied with my recent experience. It seems that they do not adequately verify some of the businesses offering deals on their platform. As a tourist, this is concerning—the company I booked through was completely unreliable, and I ended up feeling deceived. What’s worse is that the platform continues to list these businesses without proper checks or warnings. It feels unfiltered and unsafe for travelers who rely on advertised deals being legitimate. Based on my experience, I do not trust this platform. I strongly recommend others—especially tourists—to steer clear to avoid similar problems. I hope they take responsibility and enhance their verification process, as it currently feels insecure.
