Last week I bought 2 vouchers for the tickets to the cinema. I was trying to use them, but there was some error on the website in the last stage of my purchase. After a while I was trying to buy the tickets again, but the coupons appeared as "used". I contacted the customer service about that - they were not able to help me, I'm not sure what language they were speaking, but they didn't understand what I was saying. In the end they told me I will get a full refund, but after a couple of days they wrote me back, that my vouchers appear as "used". Well... that's exactly what I was telling them about since the very beginning!!! THAT'S A COMPLETE LACK OF PROFFESIONALISM!!
