Despite our repeated attempts to use the voucher, the flight has been consistently canceled, through no fault of ours.Moreover, I am extremely disappointed that, despite your failure to fulfill the terms of the contract, you have refused to issue a refund. This is not only unacceptable but also a breach of trust.Based on this experience, I cannot recommend your services to others. I urge you to reconsider your position and provide a refund promptly to resolve this matter.
