My visit was not completed, because the date of the visit was changed from 22 December 2023 to 16 January 2024 (because of Covid resrtictions), and the person, who was agreed with me was not in the staff of the Spa firm. I asked to return my Groupon fee, but was informed, that I have to ask in Groupon page myself. Besides I'm surprised that in Groupon there is information that "my" Groupon was made on 08 December 2023, what is not truth, the date was changed as I mentioned to today - 16 January 2023 and I see that this is not "honest" way to contact with client. So my experience is "0" - ZERO STARS for this firm. Besides I wish the Polish firm to change the esthetic look more friendly to the client, everything in the firm is looking very "cold white" which is not the best way to make good atmosphere for such kind of spa services.
