I dislike way customer service work. It feels like I was chating with bot, all I recived as help was copy+paste of informations whch was already on groupon and I already read it. I dislike how option "buy as a gift" work, or reather doesn't work. I bought set of 10 tickets (=1 groupon), which I want to give as a Xmas gift, but all I get is 10 seperated groupons on my account - I am buying bundle, so I would like to have an option to get all codes for tickets on 1-2 pages (this is information I wanted to recive from service - can I do that - I got copy paste that 1 groupon mean 1 ticket, which actually make little sence since I bought 1 groupon with set of 10 tickets), so I could give it nicely, not printing 20 pages. It is not even adapted that 1 groupon suit one pages, I need to print 2 for 1 ticket! There should be a way to get groupon on 1 pages - codes, location - the main info, and aditional informations can be optional print on later pages which I can or not print (this way I can print just 1 pages of instructions and not same things all the time). It would be nice if I could spend little bit more to recive actual card or cardboard with nice color printing (via traditional mail) so I could give it as gift card.
