It took several weeks before I received the package.They either don't respond to emails or they respond after a very long time.The pump I received was defective upon delivery.I was given a link to a return case, but I waited for a response to an email before I wanted to return it. This resulted in them closing the link. I now have a defective pump for 699kr and they don't respond to my emails at all.Now you don’t reply to my mails I opened the pump. I could see that one of the blades on the ventilator was broken off. The part that was broken off was not in the pump so it has been opened before where someone has damaged it.You sold me a broken pump that someone before me had returned damaged.I want my money back and I want you to reply on my mails
