I dont often leave reviews but the terrible service made me want to warn others. It took over a month for our new mattress to arrive. Ordered on 25th Feb and delivery date was the week after. Once I ordered had a phone call the next day to be told it would be 2 - 3 weeks so agreed but then had no further email after 2 weeks so phoned them and was promised it would arrive at the end of week 3 it didn't so I had to ring them again to then be told it would be delivered on the 30th March! Was offered a £30 discount but as yet still no money in my account so I would definitely not recommend them to anyone unless you want to wait a month for a new mattress.
