I am disappointed with my experience with Grove Bedding.
I purchased an item (Order 5579-SH) which turned out to be faulty. I contacted the company, explained the issue clearly, and even provided photos as requested. Unfortunately, after their initial response, they completely stopped replying to my emails.
I have now been left with a defective product and no support or resolution from the company. This lack of communication and customer service is unacceptable.
I would strongly advise others to be cautious when ordering from Grove Bedding. I am still waiting for a proper response and a fair resolution.
