Banned/LOCKED OUT of my Instagram Account

Banned from my IGAfter Using Grow-Your-Social for two days, I discontinued the service, using their dashboard. Regardless of this, I was charged after canceling, had to call my bank to remove the charge and thought we were done. On August 15, I get an email from Instagram, that an unknown user was attempting to gain access from Austria, (home of grow your social) when I tried to change the password, I was locked out of instagram, unable to self verify my account. After bringing this to the attention of Fabian K, the problem was never rectified, and I was met with avoidance of the true issues. There was most certainly unauthorized use on my account AFTER, multiple cancelation notices, by me, and my bank. Despite the process, I do not have access to critical information on my IG, and have suffered losses as a result. I'm in the process of contacting European Justice system, and filing an official complaint with the appropriate Austrian district court. I've also spoken to my local United States Attorney General, and found out there are other complaints filed for similar cases. RESPONSE TO Fabian Kitzweger FEB 8TH:Hello!To provide further clarity.ban. verb:past tense: banned; past participle: bannedDefinition: "officially or legally prohibit."By our current definitions, I am 'prohibited' by Instagram from using my account and am banned. 110 percent due to the unauthorized usage by Grow-Your-Social in August 2024. Under no circumstances were you or any representative permitted to touch my account past the July 29th dashboard cancellation, and definitely not past the July 31st email titled 'Your E-Mail has been received - Unauthorized Charges', clearly indicating cancelation request, and unauthorized charges from Grow-Your-Social.Assuming Grow-Your-Social representatives (conveniently) didn't get the dashboard request, we both have records of the 'Unauthorized charges' email, that to many business owners, indicate the client does not wish to retain services. Are you saying that you didn't receive an email on July 31st, 2024 stating this?Also, pleased be advised that Instagram has emailed me the 'Unauthorized log in attempt' with GEO tagged locations of the log in attempt, in mid August.I will gladly re-forward this, and any other information you require to verify current lock out status.Best,Maasai A.
