DO NOT TRUST or waste your money. I was introduced to this company by an accountant and my experience has been terrible. Simon chased me relentlessly for me to make an upfront payment of 10,000 GBP (he refused to offer installments which was already a red flag). From the moment the payment was made, he was much less responsive. I eventually had the introductory call with Chelsea who clearly had NOT BEEN briefed on my set up and gave me flawed advice which was obvious. I cut the call short as she clearly was incompetent. Simon proceeded to justify her incompetence on the fact that I am “scary” (his words) and proceeded to REFUSE me a REFUND despite the fact I have not used their services and can’t trust their advice based on my experience. Simon also didn’t take the time to have a zoom call to review the call with Chelsea despite my request, and rang me from his mobile phone while picking up his car from the garage. I also believe Simon’s comment to be discriminatory and I doubt he would have said that to me had I been a man. Avoid at all costs. Very unprofessional and dishonest people.
