Negative infinite stars. I had to contact GrowPlex to cancel my twin sister’s order and subscription because SHE DIED. I got access to her emails and found it by chance. I sent an email explaining the situation. They responded with “hope all is well” followed by condolences. Then they reminded me that an email reminder about upcoming shipments are sent 3 days prior, and I didn’t act in time to cancel. I’m sorry…it takes time to hack into your dead sister’s accounts and figure out what shit she signed up for. Because it was already shipped, they wanted me to return the product. Every other place I had to contact to cancel subscriptions or orders literally refunded or canceled or just ate the cost. This company is a piece of shit. I told them that no one would be at the address for weeks, and we were busy planning a funeral and getting my sister’s affairs in order. We didn’t have time to fly across the country to receive a dumb hair product package and return it or refuse delivery. They responded by lecturing me on being rude! After their first email to me telling me they “hope I’m well” and that I should’ve canceled her subscription earlier. They said I was the rude one??? Unreal. Their response to me was psychotic. Disgusting company. Zero empathy. Never buy from them. They don’t deserve it.
