I haven’t been able to reach support for over a month, and the service itself occasionally doesn’t work. What’s even more ridiculous is that they’re trying to charge me, even though I switched to the free plan. However, in their interface—which often doesn’t work—it’s impossible to remove the card or cancel the subscription. Now, it seems for me that the only one way to unsubcribe is to block my old virtual card and use new one. Do not recommend this service.
