I placed an order on December 2, 2024. Most orders ship within 72 hours. By December 6 my items had not shipped. I emailed Grunt Style to find out why the delay. I was told they had a lot of orders and they would expedite my order. By December 10, I still had not received notice that my order had shipped. I emailed again. Again, they would expedite my order. I called December 13th. No hold music, but I was panicking a little as these were Christmas gifts and we were going out of town Dec 19. I was told the supervisor put a rush on my order, and I would have my order by Dec 19.Guess what? The order was received Dec 23, 4 days after we left. Decent product, terrible business practices.
