I had the training for moving and handling in October 2024 with kelsey at GSR It was an awesome experience as she made the training very easy to understand. She was quite patient,calm and knowledgeable about it..we all had hands on and it made it easier using the hoist and stand aid at the care homes. Thank you GSR for the opportunity and I look forward to having more training sessions with the organization
