As with many others - expected delivery within 3 days and when it did not arrive I was frustrated and emailed them. They replied: 'checkout showed you a 8-10 day delivery date'. It did not. All became a bit of a hassle as I needed what I had ordered urgently by this stage so I cancelled the order with GSW and purchased what I needed from a store 25 miles away. I drove to collect it. The next day they had not replied to my cancellation so I emailed them it a second time asking them to confirm the cancellation. Within a couple of hours I had an email stating 'item dispatched'. No phone number to call to sort this so I emailed them twice more demanding they honour my cancelled order.They said It had been sent so I had to either receive the delivery and arrange with GSW for it to be returned (no thanks!) or reject the delivery with the courier. I then had to chase them for who and when it was being delivered. They emailed me that Royal Mail was the courier. Royal Mail have a website dedicated to businesses showing them how they can 'recall' packages and one reason for doing so listed is: 'customer cancellation'. But no, I have to stay-in all day to ensure Royal Mail don't leave the item at our door. GSWorkwear seems to be a 'garden shed' setup and their customer service represents this. Their 'delivery date' at checkout cannot be trusted and they should mark clearly on every item page '8-10 days delivery' where this is the truth. I will not be buying from them again as I do not trust them. Tread carefully - shop locally - lessons learnt.
