Bought battery mower on great discount. It failed to work at all! I rang freephone help desk. The lady on the phone took me though the check list in the booklet. She was very helpful & polite. Without any quibble she arranged for a replacement part to be sent out which arrived the next day. It now works perfectly & is a great machine.
