The whole purchasing process was pleasant and relatively straightforward. Communication was great with GTH. Despite living many miles away from the property we have purchased I was reassured always to be able to get through over the phone and speak to a member of staff. Staff were very friendly and polite and queries were answered promptly and efficiently. We had several viewings of the property and GTH were able to accommodate both our requests to view and also help us arrange surveyors and contractors to attend the property.
