I made a $90 purchase and it never arrived. The shipping information indicated that my order was sent to an empty post office box in Ohio, while I live in Alaska. Naturally, USPS returned it to the company. I reached out to customer support and explained the situation. They assured me that my order would be shipped to the correct address once returned. After confirming my address, I waited. A few weeks later, I received an email stating my package was delivered—again, to the same vacant PO Box in Ohio. I checked my original order confirmation, and my correct address was attached. I am baffled by their actions. I am now requesting a refund. Wish me luck.
