I received my order of rings, but all were the same size, which was not what I ordered. When I contacted customer service, they informed me that I would have to pay for the return shipping and the cost of receiving the correct ones. The quality of the spinner rings is poor; they don’t spin and the sizes are incorrect. The company should take responsibility for their mistake in sending the wrong sizes and the subpar quality of the rings. Thank you, representative, for a disappointing email that seems to try to extract more money from me.
