I ordered a Velvet Slimming Warm Faux Fur Long Coat in size 3XL. I discovered this site while searching for women's coats. The coat arrived with a label indicating it was for a child. While the coat is beautiful and lined, it is not what I expected. They claim I need to pay for return shipping. What a hassle! Very dissatisfied.
