I received my order, but the jewelry (rings) were too small. All I want is to exchange them for larger sizes, yet I haven't received any response to my emails or messages. I've sent multiple inquiries with no reply. I've waited a considerable amount of time. I'm willing to cover any costs for the return and exchange, but it seems they are not interested in assisting me. I should have checked customer service reviews beforehand. The way they are managing this situation feels like a scam; it’s truly disappointing.
