Found my experience with this company to be extremely disappointing and frustrating. Not only did they fail to answer calls or respond promptly, but their professionalism was seriously lacking at every stage. After successfully collecting money from the debtor, they insisted that the creditor pay a hefty 23% commission, along with additional fees, which directly contradicted what was stated on their website. The attitude of their staff was shockingly poor, and the communication felt dismissive and unhelpful. It’s unsettling to be threatened by their team, especially when it appears there’s only one person managing everything. Overall, I would strongly advise anyone to think twice before using this debt collection agency. Beware—my experience was stressful and unpleasant, and I would never recommend their services to others.
Additionally, when we attempted to make a payment, we were confronted with a mandatory fee and warned that failure to comply would result in being marked as in default. The situation became even more concerning when the bank account details supplied did not align with official bank records—our system immediately flagged them as incorrect. Despite multiple attempts to seek clarification by phone, we received no response. To make matters worse, any delay in payment would incur an extra 2% charge, which appeared to be yet another way for the company to profit. Altogether, these experiences seriously undermine confidence in the company's professionalism and reliability, leaving the entire process feeling highly questionable and suspect.
I got the name of the one team name Ms Mano and she could never given an explanation withe the misleading information given in the web site. I will be taking this issue with the Commerce commission to report business practices that threaten clients, violate consumer rights and breach fair trading laws
