Very professional. Kind and patient and understanding even when we were the ones that accidentally set off our alarm. We were in the kitchen looking through old family photos while preparing lunch and got distracted for just a few minutes. I told the story to the rep and she was very kind. The representative even called us back and sent us a pizza 🍕 for lunch so we could have more time to look through our pictures.
