We bought replacement Veluxes from NECS. They were fitted well and within some specific requirements for the building. One Velux had an issue (at manufacture, not from fitting) and NECS arranged with the company to send out a repair engineer at our convenience - and post-purchase care is very important with expensive purchases like windows. We would use this company again.
