Yep, consider buying someone a present FROM ANOTHER STORE ENTIRELY for christmas if you think they might not be able to spare a couple of weeks in january to try and return the gift.My husband bought me a nice looking pair of expensive boots (180£) which were too big. The store whence they came did not answer the phone in 5 working days once in the 33 times I called (says my call list). AT the headquarters, a helpful but clueless lady admonished me for trying to return something during a time that is so busy - my mistake for needing to return something during january! The thought of taking on more staff during busy periods is clearly not something G. Sjodren will consider.Next she said "could you not go to the store and return it in person?" - well I COULD but the thought of taking off another day to make the trip there and back, when (silly me) I was thinking in these modern days surely with the internet and the telephone.... So finally after another 15 mins of my life I'll never get back she said I might get a refund if I post the shoes to an address in Scotland which I'll find at the bottom of the website. LET ME SAVE YOU THE TIME it's not at the bottom of the website. Well no doubt i'll be back here in a couple of weeks reporting back once the good people who process the returns for Gudrun Sjodren have found another few pretexts of why they can't process a refund. In the meantime if you want to be good to someone DONT BUY them a present from....
