Being virtually housebound, I requested home delivery. My parcel was left at a collection point in a nearby village, the delivery driver claiming that I was not home to receive it, which was untrue. No-one let me know what had happened to my parcel, and I only found out when I rang their help line, and the call handler implied that the situation was my fault. I still don't have my parcel. Gudrun Sjoden has my money, and there is no sign of any 'customer service'.I have pointed out that I have had no problem with deliveries from Hermes, Amazon, Ocado, Royal Mail or our local pharmacy.
