We created a test album that turned out beautifully. However, I suspect that purchasing the unlimited tier before the test event was fully completed may have led to some issues with our account, restricting our other two event slots. Update: I reached out about the problem and received a full refund for the additional payment. We're still very happy with the service and excited to gather so many memories from our loved ones!
