I bought Turbotax from Guiff and ran into an error message when attempting to buy an e-file for my state forms. Turbotax told me Guiff is not an authorized retailer. Guiff told me they only "work with" authorized retailers. Nobody cares that the product did not work for me as advertised. Now I am wondering why a TOY SHOP is even selling tax software.
