Customer service excellent as always. Within a few moments I was given a date and time for our repair. Two days time for blocked drain. Very pleased with that.vrry pleased that Guinness have started employing their own gardeners, plumbers etc on our estate again. Feels cared for like it used to over 20 years ago.
