I placed my order on 12th December, well ahead of the Christmas deadlines. By 22nd December, I still hadn't received any information. There was no shipping confirmation, no tracking number, and no updates at all. When I followed up, I was told it was due to 'busy couriers,' which feels misleading since I haven't received any shipping details and I doubt the item has even been dispatched. A week later, and still no news. This was intended to be a meaningful Christmas gift, and the lack of communication and transparency has completely ruined that. All the recent reviews are quite negative. I would recommend avoiding this service.
