I wish I had chosen a different retailer. I understand that the company isn't to blame, but my decision to support a smaller business has left me without a Christmas gift for my daughter on the holiday morning. The company claimed the shipper picked up the item, but as the days passed, there were no updates as Christmas approached. When I reached out to the support team to ask for a replacement and offered to return the original if it eventually arrived, they said they couldn't help. Unfortunately, larger platforms handle these issues better without the worry of having significant funds tied up. I'm very disappointed.
