Without going into detail, I won a guitar last week which I was delighted about, my first win after a few goes at entering. I had a problem with the guitar vs the description given and Sam was relentless in his pursuit to put this right. A brand new guitar was with me before my returned one had even reached its destination. A level of customer service that they did not have to provide and I didn’t expect. Now a very very happy customer who will certainly let be supporting this company in future competitions. Thanks guys
