I ordered and paid for the shipment of a guitar instructional DVD. They enrolled me in a 'VIP Membership' that I never agreed upon, I've never asked for, and never plan to do it. This morning I noticed a 27 bucks charge in my card balance. Obviously I'm very upset because despite being cautious of what I order online; I feel like I was scammed by this company. I hope I can work it out somehow. Now I can see a long painful road awaits me with the bank, as I asked them to freeze the account due to the unrecognized charge. Update:While initially seemed like they did not want to refund the charge, at the end; and with the help of Amanda , they decided to do the right thing and act professional. I appreciate that and I hope that they improve their website in such manner there's no way a customer could be misled into purchasing something that wasn't intended to buy. At the end of the day it's a lot more business they can get by being extremely transparent.
