I signed up in Sept 2024. After about eight or nine months I decided that this wasn’t for me. I had planned to cancel before my renewal date. I received an email that my membership was scheduled to renew in the next 10 days. So I reached out to Guitar Zooms support team and they got back to me stating my membership will not be renewed and that my membership was cancelled. Just to be safe, I reached out again…before my renewal date…to reconfirm that my membership would not renew and I would not be charged. I received another email stating that my membership would not be charged and they even sent me a screen shot showing that I was cancelled. Well, sure enough…I was charged. I am very disappointed with Guitar Zooms and the way they handled this situation and I should have known better and heeded all the reviews I read prior to signing up.
