Most neglectful staff I've ever had to deal with, and I am not a person who needs full attention. Following issues at the aiport, they basically washed their hands of us and refused to help in any way. The check-in staff just dally around. A "supervisor" was eventually called (after he picked up the phone after 3 attempts) and then turned up another 20 minutes later (because, you know, airports aren't urgent at all /sarcasm). He then said one sentence and basically stopped trying to help. All the staff then vanished halfway through helping us, effectively leaving us abandoned at their desk with no help. It then took them 3 hours to retrieve a bag for me... which they in fact did not actually end up retrieving and I had to get security and a helpdesk to solve the issue for me, which took 3 hours. We ended up missing our flight.These people do not care about their customers at all and also forget their own policies. Do not use them. Even if they're the only airline going where you want to go, just go somewhere else, otherwise book with anyone else. They don't care about you, only the money you've already given them and can never get back. Fund an airline who actually care about their passengers.
