Unfortunately, this has been one of the worst shopping experiences I have ever had.I placed my order months ago, and until today I still have not received any tracking number, any shipment, or even honest communication.Every time I follow up, they give me a new excuse and another false promise. I tried to solve the issue politely for months, but nothing changed. All I received was delays, stress, and complete lack of responsibility.I trusted them many times, and they broke their word every single time.And let me be clear — I did not write this review before speaking to them many, many times. Whoever orders from them will need a lot of patience.I am writing this review so others don’t go through the same experience. I just want my order or my refund — nothing more.
