I have been purchasing tickets for nearly a year. I used to regularly buy tickets, using minor wins to purchase new ones. In January, I received a call saying my ticket won a raffle for 1000 AED. Now it's September. I've called nearly 50 times, and each time customer support says it will be credited in a day or two. Before this win, they would call to remind me to buy tickets. Now, there's complete silence! They are total frauds!
