If I could, I would give them 0 stars. This is a completely fake company. My 3103 AED has been pending since September 2024, and I still haven't received it. They are just fooling people. I've lost 5600 AED buying tickets and won a small amount of 3103, which they haven't paid. No responses to emails or calls. Please beware of these scammers; if they offer free tickets, don’t buy—they are all scammers.
