I wasn't fond of the flavor initially, which made me hesitant to fully commit for a while. However, I decided to give it another shot, taking a tablespoon daily as recommended. Now on my second bottle, I don't have any complaints, but I haven't noticed any significant changes yet. I hope to see some soon, but I've grown accustomed to the taste!
